Product analytics tools give dashboards. You need account context
Customer Success teams ask which accounts need attention. You have no answer
You need to spot churn risk early, but events do not flag it automatically

An account is marked New when it first appears in your product. By default, accounts are considered new for 7 days. You can adjust this window.
An account is marked Growing when usage increases compared to the previous period. AccountLens compares the last 7 days to the 7 days before that. If activity went up, it's flagged.
An account is marked Dropping when usage decreases or stops. If an account was active but has no events in the last 7 days, or if activity dropped significantly, it's flagged so you can follow up.

No. Product analytics tools focus on events, funnels, and user behavior. AccountLens focuses on companies. It tells you which accounts are using your product and flags important changes. Use it alongside your existing analytics.
We extract the domain from user email addresses (e.g., user@acme.com becomes Acme Inc). You can also send a workspace or account ID directly. We then enrich the account with company name and logo using public data sources.
You can merge accounts manually in the dashboard. If you provide a workspace/account ID from your system, we use that as the primary identifier and group users accordingly.
No. Send a signup event and a few usage events. AccountLens is opinionated: it assumes you care about new accounts, growing usage, and drop-offs. You do not need to configure complex rules.
Yes. The Logo Wall feature includes an approval workflow. Review each logo and decide which ones to display publicly. You control what appears on your marketing site.
Yes. If your product uses workspaces, teams, or organizations, send the workspace ID with each event. AccountLens groups users by workspace and treats each workspace as an account.
Generic consumer email domains are excluded by default. We focus on company domains. If you need to track a specific account with a consumer email, you can override this by providing a workspace ID.
Pricing is self-serve and starts around €29-€99 per month depending on the number of accounts tracked. We show transparent pricing once you sign up and connect your product.
